Hei-Invoice is provided by Hei Realty and Tech (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. 2022/803504/07), South Africa.
Each business gets a 30-day free trial. After that, Hei-Invoice costs R79,99 per business per month, paid in advance by EFT using the payment reference shown on your Subscription page. If a payment is not received, your account becomes read-only: you can still view and download your invoices, but you cannot create or edit them until you pay. You can stop paying at any time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue, including VAT and tax details, and for keeping your password safe. Hei-Invoice is a tool for creating invoices; it does not collect money on your behalf.
We store your account details, business details and the invoices you create, including your clients' names and contact details, only to provide this service. We do not sell or share this information. Each business can see only its own invoices. A client can see an invoice only through the private link you send them. To have your account and data deleted, email support@heirealtyandtech.co.za.
